Respecting the Environment In all our activities we strive to minimize impacts on the physical environment, avoid negative social impacts, and protect the natural environment from material adverse effects of resource degradation.
Supporting our local communities we are committed to making a positive impact and giving back to the communities in which we operate. Through our ‘Charity owned by the Late Owner MRS AMOLE we have a program we give back to communities where we operate through: the employment and training of local people to further support their economic well-being; the use of local service providers; the purchase of local products to advance commercial industries; and, investment in local infrastructure where possible.
In 2010 AND 2019, BIMS established an independent charity organization, BOLAM Foundation, to help relieve communities in hardship in the areas where we operate. Priority is given to programs that advance the wellbeing of children and their future.
Developing Sustainable Business Practices we are committed to providing the highest possible standards in Quality, Health & Safety to all members of our staff, contractors, visitors as well as the broader community.
